In June we were invited by the company Gestamp to visit its facility in Abrera. Gestamp is one of our main positions in Kersio, both in Spain and in Luxembourg.
Initially, directors of the departments of presidency and engineering gave a comprehensive explanation of the company, stressing its strengths and competitive advantages, including figures, images, and videos.
Subsequently, we visited the very versatile factory, which covers all the production modalities of the company and supplies very diverse automobile manufacturers across all geographies.
The factory has production lines for cold-stamping, hot-stamping, and welding. It features a wide range of manufacturing, imaging, and design technologies.
The day was highly interesting as it gave us very good insight into the company’s philosophy and methodology of action.
