About Us

Kersio Sicav was launched in 2013 by three siblings passionate about investment who decided to apply all their years of experience to their own project. We began by managing our own assets, devoting all our energy to the analysis and selection of securities.

We manage and advise the following SICAVs:

• Kersio Capital Sicav in Spain, regulated by the CNMV, a Bankinter Sicav.
• Kersio Lux in Luxemburg, regulated by the CSSF, an UBS Sicav.

Management team

Industrial Engineer (Polytechnic University of Barcelona), MBA Harvard (Honors 2nd yr). He was a lecturer at IESE (subjects of finance and investment management), and after acting as Chief Executive Officer of a manufacturing company has developed his career in the financial markets since 1987, first as the Deputy Director General of the Barcelona Stock Exchange (currently Bolsas y Mercados Españoles) and subsequently devoting himself to investment analysis and fund management with Ahorro Corporación (the financial branch of Spanish Savings Banks), where he was Director of Strategy and CEO of his asset manager (with assets managed to the amount of approximately €10,000m). He continued in asset management as a partner in the Swiss asset manager Strategic Investment Advisors and since the beginning of 2013 has been a founding partner of Kersio. He currently manages Kersio Capital.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Science and an MBA from IESE. She worked as a finance director in JG Ingenieros until 2006. Since then she has devoted herself to managing the family assets and, as part of this activity, began her work at Kersio Capital Sicav in 2013. She is currently focusing her activity on Kersio Capital Sicav.

Bachelor’s degree in Medicine and MBA from ESADE. Founding partner of EFPA España. He is a regular contributor to the journal “Mi Cartera de Inversión” [My Investment Portfolio]. He has worked for more than 20 years in various companies as an equity analyst and manager.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management and an MBA from ESADE. He previously worked for over 8 years in the Swiss company Strategic Investment Advisors (SIA) as a senior analyst. He has developed his professional career in strategic consulting (Cluster Consulting - currently Oliver Wyman), and for over 6 years in Private Equity (Inversiones Hemisferio and Riva y Garcia Private Equity).

Technical Industrial Engineer, Economist and EDP from IESE. After managing the reconversion and sale of the plastics industry enterprise Dunke SA, he went on to work in FICOSA International, where he remained for 25 years occupying several positions, including Chief Operating Officer for the Group. For 4 years he has led sales in his part of the company in the Japanese industrial group Panasonic.  Currently he is CEO of Kersio Capital Sicav and manages the family company by dividing his time between the industrial and financial spheres.

Graduate in Business Administration and Management and Master in Financial Markets from the University of Barcelona. With experience in administration and finance departments in the legal, publishing and distribution sectors. Since 2011 occasional collaborator in the media, as an economist. In March 2019 he joined Kersio as Head of Back Office.
